If you have been injured on the job, you have certain rights under the law. State law requires most employers to provide you medical treatment, temporary pay when you are out of work, compensation for physical impairment benefits, and in some cases, compensation for long-term vocational disability.
It makes no difference whose fault the injury might have been, all accidental injuries are included. The law also prohibits an employer from terminating you for requesting or claiming those workers compensation benefits.
No representation is made that the quality of legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal services performed by other lawyers.
